 Rick Swensen
Principal
Rick is an industry veteran with over 15 years experience as an Independent Manufacturers Representative in the Professional Audio/Music Retail Industry. Throughout his career Rick has developed and implemented Innovative sales and marketing strategies, training programs and promotions. Rick also has extensive experience managing vendor relations. Rick's efforts over the years resulted in numerous Sales Achievement, Marketing, and Rep of the Year awards.
Rick is a graduate of Berklee College of Music with a Bachelors degree in Music Education.
Rick is a keyboard player with extensive live and studio experience and still maintains a computer based home digital studio. Although his specialty is keyboards, MIDI and computer applications, he has very well rounded product knowledge.
Rick is married with two children and enjoys music, softball and his motorcycle. Email Rick
 Rob Howitt
Account Manager
Rob brings over 10 years of experience in the commercial audio industry working as a contractor, manufacturer and most recently as a manufacturers representative. Although well versed on the commercial side, Rob has adapted his skill sets to include a keen knowledge of the retail end of the business and has gained the respect and admiration of his clients and peers. This has been rewarded in a number of sales achievement and Rep of the Year awards.
Rob is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelors degree in Communication. Rob is also a graduate of the Northeast Broadcasting School with an Associates degree in Radio/TV production. He has worked as a producer for a major market radio station and as an independent music promoter.
Rob is recently married and enjoys music, working out at the gym and spending time with his friends and family. Email Rob
 Vickie Harwood
Office Manager
Vickie joined our team in May 2005. Vickie has extensive office management skills and a strong customer service background. Her number one goal is to exceed your expectations by delivering efficient and effective customer service.
With a background in the publishing industry, Vickie was managing editor of a financial newspaper prior to a 15 year career as office manager of an insurance textbook publisher. Having earned several insurance designations and customer service accreditations, Vickie looks forward to implementing her knowledge and skills at AudioPros.
Vickie and her husband have a son and an adorable golden retriever, Wallace. She enjoys world music, gardening, and cooking for her son and his friends. Email Vickie
 Nithin Cherian

Upstate NY
Nithin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois where he received The Instructors Award for his work on developing the preamplifier section of a bass guitar switching amplifier.
Nithin came to Audiopros from the largest music store in Upstate New York where he managed the Pro Audio and Digital Music departments for several years. In addition, Nithin has done live sound consulting and training for houses of worship in the upstate NY area. With extensive live sound and studio experience both in performing and in technical services, design, and support, Nithin's expertise combined with his thoroughness and dedication to customer service make him a valuable asset to our team.
